9月27日上午，北京百瑞总所迎来了来自德国约富迈尔律师事务所的布克哈特•约尔旦律师和王耀箴律师一行，双方就中德两国律师行业现状、如何在德国设立企业、外国人在德居留等话题展开了充分友好的交流。

百瑞所高级合伙人、管委会成员黄勇律师主持本次交流会，宰丝雨律师担任翻译。会议首先由海淀区第二届律师协会监事长、百瑞所主任王志强先生致欢迎词。王志强主任从德国的社会经济、历史文化以及中德两国的传统友谊出发，赞美德国是一个伟大的国家。王志强主任进而向德国朋友介绍了中国律师行业的发展历程和现状，也指出了目前中国律师人才结构的不足。最后，王志强主任高度评价了百瑞和约富迈尔律师事务所之间的合作，祝愿双方成为中德友谊的践行者。

随后，约富迈尔律师事务所执行合伙人布克哈特•约尔旦先生介绍了德国律师行业现状以及约富迈尔律师事务所的业务领域和发展情况，同时强调两所合作的重要性和重要意义。

约富迈尔律师事务所中国事务部主任王耀箴博士做主题发言，详细介绍了在德国设立企业相关的法律规定、流程，以及外国人在德居留相关的法律。发言结束后，双方的参会律师就相关议题展开了充分的交流。

近年来，中国对德投资呈井喷态势。中资企业利用德国先进技术进行产线改造与升级，使更多有竞争力的中国产品走向欧洲；同时将德国产品与服务引入更广阔的中国市场，扩大了国内就业，也帮助许多德国中小企业走出困境，为两国经济注入活力。因此，越来越多的国有大中企业、私营企业及个人纷纷在德设立公司、代表处，开展对德企业的投资及并购，获得无限商机。
